This origin territory is then binded to you, and you can only send from this terrority. People sending to you must also select this territory.

If a user is not registered, then you can send to them using any terrirory.

If you send to a user using the wrong territory, you are given a refund (minus gas costs) and Donald Trump is alerted of the Tariff Fraud attempt!
